Privacy Policy

Amori Humidors ("Amori," "we," "us") is a designer and manufacturer of premium reusable humidors, protective storage tubes, travel cases, display stands, and humidity-control accessories. We do not manufacture, distribute, or sell tobacco, cigars, nicotine, vaping products, CBD, cannabis, or other age-restricted products.

This policy explains what information we collect when you visit amorihumidors.com or buy from us, how we use it, who we share it with and how, and how we keep it safe. It applies to this website, our order and inquiry forms, and our Stripe-hosted checkout.

1. Information we collect

Order form	Your email address, the product and colors you choose, quantity, any gift note or request you type, and an order reference number.
Club & wholesale inquiry form	Your name, email, phone number (optional), business or club name, the type of order, quantity, date needed and your message.
Checkout (processed by Stripe)	Your name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, and payment details. Card numbers are entered on Stripe's secure page and go directly to Stripe. Amori never sees or stores your full card number. We receive a record of the payment (amount, date, last four digits and card brand, address and tax collected).
Automatically	Basic technical data your browser sends when you visit, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the time of the request. This is recorded in the standard server logs of our hosting provider and is used for security and to keep the site running. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them.

Our website itself does not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers or tracking pixels. Stripe's checkout page uses cookies that are necessary for secure payment and fraud prevention; see Stripe's Privacy Policy.

2. How we use your information

To make, ship and deliver your order in the colors you chose, and to match your payment to your order.
To send order confirmations and receipts, and to contact you about your order, gift note or color request.
To answer club, event and wholesale inquiries and prepare quotes.
To calculate and collect sales tax as required by law.
To prevent fraud, secure our website and accounts, and handle refunds, returns or disputes.
To keep business, tax and accounting records as the law requires.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. We will only send you marketing emails if you ask to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.

3. Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers we need to run the business, and only what each one needs:

Stripe, Inc. processes payments, calculates sales tax and helps prevent fraud. Stripe is certified to the PCI DSS Level 1 standard, the highest level of payment-card security.
Netlify, Inc. hosts this website and receives the contents of our order and inquiry forms so they can be delivered to us.
Shipping carriers (such as USPS, UPS or FedEx) receive your name, shipping address and, if needed, phone number to deliver your package.
Our email provider delivers form notifications and our replies to you.
Google Fonts receives your IP address when your browser loads our typefaces.

We may also disclose information if required by law, subpoena or court order; to protect our rights, customers or the public against fraud or harm; or to a buyer or successor if our business is sold or reorganized, in which case this policy will continue to apply.

4. How information is disclosed

Information passes to these providers electronically, through their secure, encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) systems, as part of the service they provide: your payment goes directly from your browser to Stripe, form submissions go directly from your browser to Netlify, and shipping details are entered into the carrier's system when we create a label. We do not send your information by unencrypted email to third parties, and we do not publish it or rent it to anyone.

5. How we protect your information

Our entire website is served over HTTPS, so everything you send us is encrypted in transit.
Payment details are handled only by Stripe on its PCI DSS Level 1 certified checkout. Amori never receives or stores full card numbers.
Order and customer information is kept in the secure dashboards of our providers (Stripe and Netlify), not on paper or unprotected files.
Access is limited to the Amori team members who need it to fill and support orders, using password-protected accounts with two-factor authentication where available.
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above and for legal, tax and accounting requirements, then delete it.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you as required by law if a breach affects you.

6. Your choices and rights

You may ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. We will respond within 30 days. We may keep records we are legally required to keep, such as tax and transaction records. Depending on your state, you may have additional privacy rights, and we will honor them.

7. Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
