Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you use amorihumidors.com (the "Site") or buy products from Amori Humidors ("Amori," "we," "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. What we sell

Amori is a designer and manufacturer of premium reusable humidors, protective storage tubes, travel cases, display stands, and humidity-control accessories. We do not manufacture, distribute, or sell tobacco, cigars, nicotine, vaping products, CBD, cannabis, or other age-restricted products. Any cigars shown in our photos are for illustration only and are not included with any order.

2. Placing an order

To place an order, you must be able to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your state. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Site and buy from us only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Orders are accepted for delivery within the United States.

3. Products, colors and descriptions

Every Amori is made to order in the colors you select. We work to show colors and details accurately, but colors on your screen may differ slightly from the finished product.
Dimensions, ring-gauge fit and capacities are listed as a guide. If you're unsure whether a cigar will fit, contact us before you order.
Gameday colorways are team-inspired color combinations. Amori is not affiliated with, licensed or endorsed by any team, school, league or organization, and our products carry no team names or logos.

4. Orders and pricing

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated and added at checkout.
Your order is accepted when your payment is completed and you receive a receipt. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, a price or description was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund you in full.
We may change prices, products or these Terms at any time. Changes do not affect orders already accepted.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. on its hosted checkout. By paying, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method. Amori never receives or stores your full card number. See our Privacy Policy.

6. Shipping, returns and cancellations

Shipping times, costs and delivery terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds, exchanges and cancellations are covered by our Refund & Return Policy. Both are part of these Terms.

7. Proper use and care

Our cases are designed to protect and humidify items for travel and short-term storage. They are not a substitute for a full-size humidor for long-term storage or aging.
Recharge humidifier capsules only with distilled water or humidor solution. Do not soak them or use tap water.
Keep cases away from direct sun, hot vehicles, open flame and extreme heat, which can damage the case and its contents.
You are responsible for the items you choose to store in our products.

8. Limited warranty

We warrant that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days from delivery. If a product is defective, we will replace it or refund it as described in our Refund & Return Policy. This warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, heat damage, accidents or alterations. Except as stated here and to the extent permitted by law, products are provided "as is," without other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amori is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of or damage to items stored in our products (such as cigars), arising from the use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

10. Intellectual property

The Amori name, logo, chevron mark, product designs, photos and Site content belong to Amori Humidors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

11. Photos and reviews you send us

If you send us photos or comments about our products and agree that we may feature them (for example, in our Customer Spotlight), you give us permission to display them on our Site and social media. We will not present anything you send as something it isn't, and you can ask us to remove it at any time.

12. Use of the Site

Please don't misuse the Site, including by submitting false orders or information, interfering with its operation, or attempting to access it in unauthorized ways.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, unless the law requires otherwise. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it informally.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
